Bolte Precinct Recreational Centre #tbt

Conset is taking a look back at the 2016 construction project the Bolte Precinct Recreational Centre in the Docklands under contract to Mirvac. The overall project consisted of a swimming pool, sauna, and massage treatment room and change facilities, gym, cafe and a trafficable green roof.
Green roofs are popular as they create healthy, ecologically responsible buildings. This one at Bolte Precinct Recreational Centre is on a pitched surface with a lovely outlook over Melbourne’s Yarra River.
Conset was involved in the footings, ground slabs and beams, formwork, reinforcement, concrete, post-tensioned structure, safety handrails and edge protection, cranage, hoisting, and loading and traffic management.
